The victim’s weight will release the connector and allow the collar to cinch around him, preventing him from slipping out in the event he becomes unconscious. Durable: The interior of the Cinch is a non-absorbent, closed-cell foam. The outer cover consists of tough, stain-resistant, washable Cordura fabric, providing protection and comfort to the victim. Includes storage bag.
