Nightstick FORGE® II IS Helmet-Mounted Multi-Function Flashlight

Built for hazardous environments, FORGE® II IS features certified Class I, Division 2 protection in a compact, snag-free design. At just 2.36 inches and 3.4 oz, it stays low-profile above or below the brim while producing 450 lumens and 7,400 candela to cut through smoke, steam, and volatile vapors with a 172-meter beam. A rear green “Follow Me” LED provides critical team accountability in zero-visibility conditions, while the glove-friendly tail switch easily cycles between high and low modes, delivering up to 4 hours of runtime on high and 14 hours on low. FORGE® II securely clamps to traditional-style fire helmet brims with no slots or adapters required.

Engineered to withstand extreme conditions without creating mechanical spark hazards, the impact-resistant housing is IP67 waterproof, dustproof, and drop tested from 2 meters. This light meets NFPA lighting standards and is backed by a Limited Lifetime Warranty. Powered by a single (1) CR123 battery. Not compatible with rechargeable batteries.
