High strength “Hot” forged aluminum alloy carabiner. Designed for Fire Rescue and Rigging use. This is the first ladder hook style carabiner for fire service use that meets the stringent ANSI Z359.12-2019 standard for connectors.
Description
- “Ultra-Safe” three-stage autolocking gate mechanism allows for 3600 lbf.
- (16kN) gate side load strength.
- Gate open strength 3600 lbf. (16kN).
- Minimum Tensile strength 9,000 lbf. (40 kN).
- Comes with a removable captive pin to secure carabiner to ladder belt or harness A-frames.
- Gate opening dimension 2.1″ (54mm), Interior length 6.8″ (173mm).
- UL classified to NFPA 1983/2017 edition standards “G” General Rating. Certified by UL to meet ANSI/ASSE Z259.12-2019 Standard.
